This customer in Hannibal, MO reached out to Bix because he was having moisture issues in his crawlspace. We encapsulated the crawlspace using our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier.

This foundation had a severely bowed wall. A DIY fix was attempted, however it did not work. Bix installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors to stabilize and straighten this wall. 

This crawlspace in Milan, MO had multiple problems. There were previous support beams installed, but they were starting to fail. Bix Basement Systems did a total crawlspace transformation. We installed CleanSpace mold and vapor barrier to keep this crawlspace dry. Smart Jacks were installed to solve the home's foundation and settling problems.
