Had paid cash and given too much; realized this after they left. The owner had been given the money; he called and brought it back himself. We were very impressed with that honesty. We did have to have them come back; did not think maybe we should have had to pay for that; but were only charged $100 so we were fine with that since the procedure seems to have solved our problem. When it rains we can rest assured that our basement will not be flooded; or we will have to sit with the shop vac and suck up water all night and day!! Very good product!
