East wall - three year old masonry starting to show cracks in masonry lines. Wondering if your steel beams are called for here. You put in 9 beams on the west wall - they seem to be working well. You couldn't put beams on east wall then due to collapse of very old masonry.

Hello! Our basement is "supposed" to be waterproof and already has some retaining beams in place. After the last few heavy rains in Fairfield the walls now have cracks and appear to be bulging inwards.
